Set up a situtation where natural resources such as oil, gas, coal, forestation will be used productively and efficiently by a vigorous private sector instead of stifling bureaucracy We the undersigned petition that: 1. Non-directly defense-oriented government-owned land and resources be auctioned off to the private sector at the rate of 10% of the total land per year annually. 2. The proceeds go strictly to the reduction of the national debt, until no such debt further exists. 3. That this be done starting this calendar year.
