Gaming is a passion that we all respect. EA was once known to be a great industry, publishing a lot of great games, such as the mass effect trilogy, battlefield, fifa, etc. Now, they seem to be losing their way, becoming the apex of a bad contribution to the gaming industry. They constantly create these bad trends that not only hurt the gamers but also the gaming industry. For example, they started online passes and since people continued to pay for it, now some other companies are integrating online passes into their games. Even though EA is no longer supporting this, online passes are one of the many things that are harming the gaming industry, our passion. Premium is a second example of what they have done wrong that has affected the gaming industry. They have premium in battlefield, which is a great game to be honest, but premium cost $50. EA even had the audacity to put day one dlc on the launch day of mass effect 3. The dlc cost $10 which is a shame, considering all the hype the game got and because the recent mass effect 2 day one dlc was free. And they are lying straight to our faces, saying that they aren't on microsoft's side more than sony's, when they announced that they are having timed dlc exclusively for battlefield 4 on the xbox one. We are passionate for gaming. Jaw-dropping video games like star wars battlefront 1 and 2, far cry 3, the elder scrolls series, the call of duty games, team-fortress 2, metal gear solid, final fantasy, the last of us, and much more. The fertile soil that is gaming mustn't be tampered with, especially by companies like EA, who has and will continuously hurt the gaming industry.
