Honorable Shelyna V. Brown

It has been 1 year since my violation date 08-05-2011 and I have paid all my fines, obtained my driver's Licence, Insurance and remained out of trouble.

I am hoping you could early terminate my court probation, if so, I will  be able to continue my Immigration process of becoming a US Citizen. I have my father leaving in Guatemala and I would like to travel to go visit him. He is at a very advanced age of 95 years old. I understand his health condition is very poor.
