To Whom It May Concern, We are writing your this formal letter to make you aware, or better aware of some problems within your Game Title "Battlefield Play For Free, herein known as BFP4F. While most of us are dedicated paying customers, and perhaps some potential customers, we feel it is within your duty as a business to maintain fixing the bugs, hacks, glitches, and general issues that lead to unreliable game play. Below you will find listed some of our requests and problems. - Game Crashes and Random Lock ups. - Hackers circumventing anti-cheat programs - Lag resulting in bad game play and experiences. - Glitches within the game and game application - Un-even balance on air maps with air craft. - Other various known issues. Please refer to your BFP4F forums. We feel it is within our right as paying customers to request you take immediate action to remedy, or at least look into these concerns. If no action is taken within 30 days of the date of this letter, we assume you have abandoned active participation in this game title, and as such we will stop spending our money on said game, and cease game play on any and all of your active game titles produced by EA. Furthermore, We will make other communities aware of the lack of service you have provided to us specifically in regards to 2-way--communication. By alerting other communities (forums, websites, other mediums) about your apparent absence of care for this title we will spread our messages of concern and potentially drive customers, old and new, away.
