E-Commerce Rights For Kosova

Dear President Obama and U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, I am adding my name to this petition to ask you to please grant me and my fellow citizens of Kosovo an internationally recognized postal code and internationally recognized telephone country code. We want the same access to the internet e-commerce community and the same rights as our neighbors have in all bordering countries in the Balkans. Without these codes we cannot use the internet and our phones to buy services and merchandise from on-line merchants. I also want to thank Jeff Bezos of Amazon.com for his leadership and long time support of Kosovo. Amazon, like other e-retailers, want to make it easy and safe for Kosovo citizens to order on-line, but are hamstrung because their computer systems follow International Standards for Delivery.
