According to the 1970 Health and Safety Act of 1970 employers shall furnish each of its employees a place of employments that is free of recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause serious physical ham to its employees. The Employees of the Alabama Department of Youth Services have a right to a safe work place.  The Alabama Department of Youth Services and the Administration here at Vacca Campus has willfully neglected to provide its employees with working conditions that are free of "known dangers"
