Change of the awful 'Four Seasons' music on the DWP benefits phone line that drives anyone crazy. The music goes round and round. Because they take so long to answer, up to 30 minutes, you are going mad having to listen to this horrific sound. By the time they answer you have almost forgotten what you are calling about. Or you have given up. Maybe that's the ploy? We just want something more relaxing to hear.
