In nys if you get pulled over and are suspected of drinking and driving and refuse a breathalyzer you lose your lisense for one year weather or not found guilt of the crime of dwi I believe that you have the right not to incriminate yourself and that this law is going to far taking away our rights with you help maybe we can make a diffrence dwi isnt right but punishing people that are later proved innocent is worse.
