We are petitioning Dueling Network (@ www.duelingnetwork.com)[DN] to require a basic knowledge test of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Rules and gameplay in order to create and maintain accounts on their website. Making sure that the players on this great website know how to play the game correctly will allow a more enjoyable experience for both players who know every single ruling, and those just getting (back) into the game. If a new player is allowed to just make an account with no rhyme or reason to even look at the rules, and thrown right into the fire, they are lambasted for not knowing certain things, or even not immediately knowing the effects of some cards. Veteran players will enjoy such a test because it is a filter for some of the outlandish things that occur on DN as of right now. (things not known such as the differences between costs and effects, timing, etc.) DN is a great site, but the lack of an adequate number of Administrators per player forces rulings to go unanswered due to the sheer popularity of the site. This petition is not a knock against DN, just a way to show how it can be better.
