I have known him for many years and he has been a loyal employee of the Wal-Mart coporation he has worked very hard and paid his dues. Honestly I am not a Wal-Mart shoper due to the one by my house is horrible and reminds me of K-Mart which I always hated shopping their as a child. I have been in David's store while home visiting my mother and found it to very nice and the staff helpful. David was not there at the time I went but when I asked one of his staff about him they sopke very highly of him.I have worked with Dave on many volunteer assingments and found him to be a good leader and very trustworthy. 2 qualties I a business woman myself cannot find in many employees this day in age. As a woman in position I am sure that you are very fair and reasonable and want the best person for the job. I truly feel that you will find no other person better than David Hamilton. Thanks so much for your time. I know you must have a very hard job and kow that David speaks very highly of you.Flag

He drives a long way to get to work from Lakeland to the Dale Mabry store, along with the long hours he dedicates each week. I think he deserves the promotion because of the loyalty he has to the Wal-Mart company both in years and time he accomplishes each day and week. Consider him for this promotion not because he is friend of any of ours, which he is, but because of the loyal friendship he has shown to Wal-Mart.
