The 32-year old chamber maid who accused Dominique Strauss-Kahn of attempted rape should be allowed to testify in court before a jury just like any other assualt victim. The information that the DA's office leaked about her past has nothing to do with the incident and the fact that there is physical evidence is significant. We should all be asking ourselves why one of the prosecutors is allowed to oversee the case when she is married to one of Dominique Strauss-Kahn's lawyers? The fact that the DA did not disclose this information and did everything in his power to discredit the witness is extremely unethical. No one is perfect, especially prosecutors. Mr. Cyrus Vance should immediately remove from the case and there should be no more immunity for prosecutors. Prosecutors are not holy! Victims of assualt, unite and sign this petition!
