We the Citizens of the State of New York, demand that all government officials representing the people of New York State to go thru a random drug screening process. This drug screening process will include, but is not limited to, the Govenor of New York State, Congress of New York State, Legislators of New York State, and Senators of New York State. This drug screening process will also include Judges of all branches, Magistrates, Hearing examiners, and any one else that draws their paycheck from the tax payers of New York State.
