On behalf of the Drug Free South Bronx Coalition, we are strongly urging our local councilmembers to put in place a local ordinance to limit the amount of tobacco ads that are displayed in our local groceries.
Tobacco use among our youth are increasing rapidly and surveys prove that part of the reason is due to tobacco ads being placed at eye level.
