This Petition is to require random drug test for everyone that is getting and/or applying for any local, State, and/or Government help that includes Housing, Food Stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Disability, Welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, Ect.  People who can work has to do random drug test, and it is not right that people that are receiving money, that came from working people taxes don't have to pass a drug test and/or get a random a random drug test. This should be a mandatory stipulation to receive help, This petition should also include that if a random drug test is done for the purpose of receiving benefits, that if the person(s) come out dirty, then shall the benefits be put on hold until a drug screen comes up clean and/or receives proper treatment.
