    Comments: cell service cost are affecting thousands of customers, and service is not always reliable. I never use all my minutes, neither go over with text message usage, but my monthly statements is over 140 bucks! I encourage our elected officials to work on regulations to stop the abuse!!

    Comments: I have been for several years with the same cellphone company and I have been paid for a plan where I never used the total amount of minutes, I recently loss my cell and I upgrade my plan but with less minutes and also I have to pay for the change, I feel very frustrated of all overpriced these companies have.
