In reference to the Planned Development Amendment to Planned Development Ordinance #O-172-89 to permit "Animal Hospitals" as a Special Use within the Hidden Cove Planned Development and the Special Use to permit an animal hospital to operate, we, the undersigned, are clients of Janine Williams, D.V.M. and plan to continue the doctor patient relationship with Dr. Williams at the location of her new clinic in Palatine.
