There should be age limits when it comes to a driver's license in California. Especially when young teens ages 16-19 and elderly drivers ages 70 and up are the majority causes of car accidents. I propose that age limits would decrease the number of car accidents towards other drivers. The drivers themselves would also be put out of harms way as well.
