This petition is to demand the United States Government allows for the drilling on United States soil, including, but not limited to Anwar, Alaska and off the Eastern and Western seaboard of the coast of the U.S. Also, included in this is to lift the ban on building nuclear powerplants as well as building coal to oil plants, building new refineries and repairing old ones, coal included.
