Anonymous | This area would really prosper from a Drag Strip. Just think of the many events is would bring to the area which would boost business for everyone in the area and the surrounding communities.
Victor Casillas |
joel quary | please get all these kids off the dangerous streets and into a professionally controlled environment to race!
Vlad | Why have a new racetrack open when we can collect millions of dollars on speeding tickets. "sarcasm"
Travis Preciado | We need this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
William Hurley | If you don't want the kids to street race give them a place that is safe to race . No matter what they will race .
Ricardo Eudave |
Anonymous | This is a great way to keep kids occupied and off the streets. This is a great sport! I support it 100% and hope it opens soon.
| 909 | wayne sims | Andy and Ron....I hope everything is behind us now. You guys have BIG balls to stick it out for this long.

Antonio | This area of Southern California needs a place to race in a safe and legal place!!!! All the authorities in the area have always told us racers that we need to "take it to the track" now with LACR closed we need a new place to go. I am asking you to PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS!!!!
william gray | I have been drag racing since 1964. This strip would provide a venue for all racers to use. Better yet, it will help keep street racing out of the nearby cities. This drag strip must be approved.
Greg pollock | This drag strip has been in the plans for a long time and should go through with being completed. The amount of kids getting off the streeets would be a great increase, and be a positive impact to the racing community.

| 915 | Anonymous | hi i think that this place should be done there are to many kids from the ages 16-25 on the streets of california that are dying do to street racing and some people dont want to travel 40 miles just to go race at a track and with it being in banning its closer than the fontana speedway and pomona race way for me banning is only 18-24 miles from me and id love to have a night where i can go and race people legally and not have to worry about the police taking our cars and crushing them thanks

| 916 | Anonymous | I'm tired of my friends having to resort to street racing to just so they can race their car. California Speedway doesn't happen enough, and Palm Dale is too far to go every week. So they drive the streets looking for races, and go to Ontario late at night for their fix.
Please don't let this die! Lives of people and cars alike could depend on it |

Daniel Hermes | We all need some where to race cars rather then the street give us a drag stripe they have taking most of all the other drag stripes away we need this one badly thanks call me any time
chris huerta |
Kevin Gillum | We need more places to legally race in california. Ontario and the surrounding areas are known for being notoriously bad about illegal street racing. Help keep this down to a minimum and help to save those bystanders injured/killed because of illegal organized street races.
Walter Alvarez |
| 923 | Mark Travis | My wife, Teresa and I have been supporting Ron and Andy Morocco since hearing of it's construction in 2000. We attended the official ground breaking ceramonies where we meet the Mayor of Banning, CA.
With all the illegal racing and horrible accidents the past few years, the general public needs more places to legally race. |
mike bennett | no more palmdale where are we going to go fontana is making a go at it but its just a go whats next, we need a race track designed for drag racing, and to help keep our kids from racing on the street, count me in on racing at least twice a month, thanks and dont give up the fight
Miguel |
Doug Offenstein | We need a safe place for people to race their cars. There are far to many accidents that result in death to innocent bystanders and/or the drivers of the cars. When I was growing up in So. Cal we had several dragstrips and now there is only one or two. Lets keep everyone safe and alive. Speed doesn't have to kill!
Damian Dimeglio | I believe the track will lower the street racing rate!!!
Dan | I would love to see this happen. It would bring the younger generation off the streets. Also it would be a good learning exsperience who ever wants to get into racing and learn about cars. Also helps the community and charitys in the future to come. Also it would bring back memories way it was back when. Orange county raceway,Pomona and ontario raceway. Also if its everything weekend, it will bring famies back together and enjoy a nice weekend at the drags.l
Jay Horne | I've been waiting for a full blown drag strip where people from the Inland Empire can race and go to see Drag Racing ever since the crowds at California Dragway got to large to manage. The facility there is less than stellar, as it was never intended to host that type of event. A new venue is needed, and will certainly be an instant success.
Anonymous | this race track is much needed and will benefit the city. it will also greatly reduce dangerous street racing,
Anonymous | Revenue, recreation/outlet for youth, and a spotlight on the PASS.
Mark Shadinger | We need a place to race. Keep the street racing on the track. Learn from the mistakes of other track closures. Besides, Banning sure could use the additional revenue that the racers will bring $$
sandee | How many kids and innocent people have to die before there are more street legal venues??? Obviously the street racers are not stopping.
Ben Israel | A properly run drag strip is a great way to get kids off the street and for adults and their families to spend time together. Moreover, it can be a profitable venture creating jobs and tax revenues. If the Drag City project goes through, I would come out at least several times a year. I would also consider renting the facility for sponsored events. While there I'll spend money with other business in the area. If Drag City is not there, I have no reason to go to Banning. --- Vettezuki, Motorgen.com

Chris Lester |
Justin Clark |
Scott Robinson | With kids turning to street racing all over the country & insurance rates climing as a result, a dragstrip should be a welcome attraction to any community. On top of keeping kids off the streets (especially in SoCal), just think of the revenue a dragstrip would bring in to the town.
chris morales | Anything that can contribute money to the city as well as keep racing off the street is a positive and worthy investment in the city as well as the public safety of the community.
Roger | So Cal is in desperate need of support for LEGAL drag racing. With the closure of LACR, young people are having their resources and OPPORTUNITIES stripped from them, as well as their option to "do the right thing" and race in accordance with the law.
Fred "Sake" Sakurai | Do NOT want to be on a list of any sort. Do NOT sell my info' to anyone
Frank Belanger | WE NEED THIS RACETRACK. Perris and LACR have closed this past year.
l.f. atkinson | my brother, next door racingfamily , the club we belong to ,plus the southwestern states want this drag city track open. I have two lots in hemit ,that we would put new homes on to help surport the racing in banning but this will not happen if the darg city project is cancelled.
Dennis Nichols | We need the drag strip to keep the street raceer of the streets.
Francisco Cervantes | please help yough teen stay alive as well as all the inocent people that died over street racing
