Comments: I'm the founder of draftron.com and a constituent of Assemblyman Ron Canestrari. I started the site and this petition to try and convince Ron to run for the Congressional seat being vacated by Congressman Michael McNulty. I'm confident that Ron Canestrari will make a great Congressman. But first, it's up to us to convince him to run.

Comments: Ron, Has been a great Assemblyman for our district in upstate NY and I think he would be an even greater Congressman. I urge him to run for McNulty's seat and would promise to be a strong supporter if he choses to run, including monetary support. Run Ron Run!

Comments: I cannot think of a better person to have in Congress than Ron. I have worked with him on the need for SUNY to meet the needs of first generation low-income college students. I have always found his supportive and above all to be a decent and honorable person. Run Ron RUN!

Comments: Assuming Ron is willing to give up the strong position he now holds as Majority Leader, there is no doubt in my mind he would do a great job. His experience is significant, not only from the local leadership as Mayor of Cohoes for 13 years but also his 20 plus years in the Assembly.

Comments: I for one am one for all and all for Ron. We need more people in Washington like the boy who started this petition for Ron. A go getter who gets what's going on and gets to work fixing what goes wrong. My only critical comment here is that in these times of end times, using the term draft is a bit daffy if you catch my drift.

Comments: Its me again. That might be the perfect campaign slogan, the cat's meow as they say - "One for All and All for Ron!" Put that to a catchy song, something 6/8 that swings and it will be hard to beat Ron. The other fellows will be jealous. I will work on it some more.
