WOW! what a Pay Day $16,770 -$700 a page for Dr. John Stalberg's "Bogus" Unsubstantiated Workers' Comp 11/15/2011 Medical Report. All to PURPOSELY Lower my Rating and Deny my Benefits. Dr. John Stalberg of Santa Monica, Ca. Forgot the interview and exam. He Forgot the substantiated, factual evidence. He Forget all the substantiated medical records, reports and testimony. And HE Changed All the Facts. All Documented
He gave me a "Death Sentence" by Purposely Lowering my Rating and Denying my Benefits. Against the Law. My health is deteriorating, My home is in Foreclosure. I can't pay my bills. And at times I haven't had money for food.
Dr. John Stalberg wrote a $16,770-$700 a page 11/15/2011 Medical Report on me. A "Bogus" Unsubstantiated Medical Report. Dr. John Stalberg partnered with my trial judge, WCAB Judge Jerold Cohn - who made a medical diagnosis. He is not a doctor. Judge Cohn changed all the facts and testimony, added his own facts, and used inadmissible evidence. They Delayed my case for years. Dr. John Stalberg changed all the facts and adopted Judge Cohn's medical diagnosis. Dr. John Stalberg and Judge Jerold Cohn "Partnering" together, Breaking the Law, Violating Insurance Code 1871.4. Lowered my Rating and Denied my Benefits. This has caused my health to deteriorate. I can't pay my mortgage. I can't pay my bills or have money for food.
Isn't a doctor supposed to examine his patient? Base his medical diagnosis on factual evidence? Be ethical, and professional in his treatment of his patient? Follow the Hippocratic Oath "Do No Harm"?
