Pennsylvania Political Accountability

The petition

We the undersigned know it is our right to hold our elected leaders accountable. We agree that the citizens of Pennsylvania should decide when a politician receives a pay raise or a cost of living adjustment. We expect our elected representatives to enact laws that will require all pay increases for elected offices to be placed on the ballot for a public vote. The citizens of Pennsylvania would consider this a “Public Work Performance Review”.

We are tired of being misled by electing people who make promises and do not deliver. Abraham Lincoln said “… and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth…” WE the people, below signed, will act to have more say in our government. We will review our elected leaders to insure Pennsylvania will remain the greatest state in the Country. We will be involved and we will hold our elected officials accountable.
