Shame on Delhi Police and the present government of the State of Delhi! Within a span of 4 months, 2 heinous rapes has happened in the capital city of the world's largest democracy. To add fuel to this, there has been allegations that Delhi Police has offered bribes to the parents of the 5 year old rape victim! How many such rapes will continue? When will Delhi be considered a safe city where people do not have fear abuse or any kind of physical assault? We want DPC Neeraj Kumar to resign as Delhi Police Commissioner for his repeated failure in performing his job or his duty. There is already very little faith in the capacity of Delhi Police, and we feel that change from the top level is long due since December 16, 2012.
