Highland Local Schools has a rule about not showing affection. (PDA or Public Display of Affection) I believe that we, as people, have the right to show the one that we love that we care. If this rule were to be lifted, I guarantee that there will be fewer students that do kiss in the hallways. As long as nobody is making out or doing bad things in the hallways, then I see no problem with the rule being lifted. At some schools, they had the PDA ule and nobody followed it. However, the school lifted this rule and they only had had a few students that kissed in the hallways and it never got out of hand.
