Comments: I agree with any efforts that would make this cross walk evey safer for all-drivers and pedestrians.

Comments: My 21 y.o. son and quite a lot of his friends enjoy walking around in downtown Dover. That crosswalk is used my many more people than local residents only, and it seems like only about half of drivers (my unofficial estimate) actually obey the speed limit on that road.

Comments: We need to improve the crosswalks in Dover. Chestnut St is particulary dangerous both at St Mary's crossing and the Post Office crossing. This is an urgent matter that needs to be addressed.

Comments: Many years ago 20 plus, I learned that the push button to change traffic lights don't work, the lights follow their normal cycle. If everyone used the crosswalks as well, it would be a plus. Some sort of system needs to be implemented and enforced.

Comments: My mother Cathy Allen was actually the one who was struck in killed in 2006. Unbelievable to think that there have been more issues at this intersection since my mothers death. This is obviously a dangerous crossing and something must be done for the safety of others.
