Comments: Jackie Cote was very fortunate she was not killed that day in August. Are you waiting for someone to be killed before you act on putting a pedestrian light at this intersection?

Comments: In addition to a pedestrian crossing light, the existing pedestrian crossing lights need to be better enforced and functioning. I'm a runner, and I always use the pedestrian lights where they exist. When its my turn to cross, motorists pay no attention and go anyway. Currently, the pedrestrian lights at 6th St & Indian Brook Dr. aren't even working. I stood through 4 light cycles before eventually taking a chance to cross without! The buttons are also frequently unaccessible in winter as the snow is piled up around them.

This has been yrs and more often since brick like wlks and no new white paint to signify the crosswalk. This needs attention ASAP! Please do something to all crosswalks in high traffic areas. $ or lives???? What is more important??
