    Comments: Resident of Back River Rd. I support some sort of action at this location, traffic light may be appropriate but a pedestrian island, extended curb, flashing beacons etc are all possible for here. Access for pedestrians visiting Dover from Downeaster train is also important, providing a better clearer crossing would help for this too.
