This online petition is directed towards the owners of Apartments within the Dovecot Cottages complex.

The service charge we currently pay on a monthly basis for each apartment is £100.00. This covers a number of services.

This petition is to terminate the below two non essential services:

Cleaning of the communal areas (i.e. hovering of the stairs and landing) which costs around £480.00 per annum

Gardening (i.e. trimming of shrubs and lawn, etc) which costs around £2,400.00 per annum

The cleaning of the communal areas and gardening are both very low level services which could be easily maintained by the owners/occupiers (myself included) for no cost.

Terminating these two services would mean we could reduce our monthly service cost substantially.

I would appreciate your support in signing this petition so i can present it to the managing agents in order for them to terminate these services immediately. The service charge fee can then be assessed and reduced at the next Annual General Meeting.
