  • Keith Ramsden I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS COMPLAINT. DOUBLEU CASINO SEEM TO BE TARGETING ONLY THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE USED THERE PAYMENT FOR CHIPS FACILITY. EXACTLY THE SAME HAS HAPPENED TO MY WIFE. 8 DAYS AGO SHE GOT A MESSAGE SAYING SHE WAS ABUSING THE BONUS COLLECTOR AND WAS SUSPENDED FOR 3 DAYS (A JOKE) THE MESSAGE SHE GOT ALSO STATED THAT UNLESS SHE SENT IN HER USERNAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS SHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 DAYS BEFORE USING THESE BONUS COLLECTORS.(HE GAME NEVER REQUIRES A USERNAME TO PLAY(THIS IS PART OF A SCAM TACTIC) THAT TIME IS NOW OVER AND SHE HAS BEEN TOLD SHE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR THE TIME SHE USES THE GAME. HOW CAN THIS BE? IT'S A VIRTUAL GAME. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HEARD OF ANYONE BEEN UNABLE TO USE ANYTHING TO DO WITH A VIRTUAL GAME.     On 10/07/2014 I Logged Into DoubleU Casino To Play New Video Poker But For A Change I Won Big Instead Of Losing Big. I spent the next 30 minutes playing various games and 3 times won more than 1.3 trillion chips. Each time I got to 1.3 trillion their system automatically disconnected me and I lost the chips. I ended up with some near 197 Billion Chips. Shortly after the chips were reduced back to 40,000 with no explanation. I contacted the developer and was told that I had abused their system which I had no idea was suffering a problem (See their inflammatory and insulting response e-mail below):

    There was an issue that video poker players could build up numerous chips by abusing a glitch.
    To make it right, we forfeited all the chips those players had won through the glitch.
    Please understand that we had no choice but to forfeit those chips since it is fair for the other players who didn't abuse the glitch.

    THEIR WRITTEN REIMBURSEMENT POLICY STATES THAT THEY WILL:

    10. Reimbursement Policy
    “Reimbursement” means a compensation for damage or loss in in-game currencies and goods, including but not limited to chips, Premium/VIP membership period and gift, daily free spins (“items”).

    A. You shall be reimbursed if conditions i) and ii), below, are satisfied.

    i) Your request was raised within 30 days after the occurrences of damage or loss.
    ii) Claim has been raised from one of the following damages or losses:

    a. Damage or loss in items from server instability, server crash, system malfunction, shutdown due to maintenance, or operational mistake.
    b. Damage or loss in items from bug, glitch, code or logic error, erroneous policy, or mistaken operation.

    d. You do not receive purchased items due to any errors on Casino’s system.

    Conditions 1 and 2 apply and they had the nerve to say that to be fair they had to forfeit all chips won. When I play their games which I am now certain are rigged due to the disconnects that happened when I won 1.3 trillion chips or more and was disconnected automatically. If this happens (and it does many times when you win big) they are not responsible to pay you back for the loss. Yet when it happens in favor of a player who pays them to use (failure triggered) services AND they reverse their own policy which clearly says that they will honor mistakes in your favor. This is a clear example of FRAUDulent services and games being sold to me and I would ask now that Facebook intervene and help resolve the problem. The developer chose to blame me saying I was exploiting their syste,.. The playing behavior I engaged in was no different than any other day in which I play. I usually lose big. They nbever even notified users of a problem or discussed the issue. My financial institution is awaiting the response to this post so that they can initiate reversal of all games charges and purchases made to DoubleU because they have examined the content of my many contacts with DoubleU and see that there is, in fact, misrepresentation and fraud taking place.

    Given the conversation above where the developer refused to honor their policy and in light of the discovery that auto disconnects when players win too much, what is my next course of action in reporting DoubleU.
    In addition the multiple Jackpots I won show up in my Facebook activity log but the were erased from Double U's system conveniently. All this was done without an e-mail or public post notifying us of the errors and actions.
