The removal of deferred sentences, a sentence once passed by a court of law must mean the perpetrator of the offence must serve the entire sentence there should be no commutation of sentence or reduction in the time served unless this is (1) agreed by those who were offended against/the victim and (2) that the court that passed the sentence is satisfied that the offender is of no threat to the community. This maybe achieved by medical intervention either through drugs or even medically induced disability. If people do the crime they must be made to pay and do the time, individuals who break the rules and laws of society must know they can 't expect the protection of that society or the benefits that that society infers.
