Name: MaryAnn Scandurra on Apr 20, 2012Comments: Our water, air, soil, property ownership rights, our health and very lives are being threatened by Fracking. Our very way of life now and the future of our children and generations to come are being threatened by Fracking. Not only is just saying NO a reasonable response, it's the only rational response. Just say NO to Fracking in NC!Flag

Name: Patricia Gonzales on May 3, 2012Comments: I hope everyone will read and study what damages Fracking can do not only to the environment but to our Earth as we know it now. Our Earth is in bad shape already, we can only take away so much, but this continuing destruction will eventually destroy the Earth all together. We take, take and take and are not putting anything back. Every person in North America will be effected if this continues. Any farmer will tell you, YOU have to give back to the Earth or it will die. What people don't realize is when the land sies so will EVERY LIVING THING. That includes the human race. Scary isn't it? Think about it only YOU can stop this destruction, by taking a stand against Fracking. Use your voice and make it heard all around the world. SAY NO TO FRACKING! We The American People own this land, not Washington,or the money hungry thugs trying to destroy it. You would not stand by and let someone Rape your children, that is what it is RAPE of our land, our way of life our rights.Flag

The titans have renewable energy at their finger tips and yet fail to use it lest the fossil fuel industry be made to adapt (at a price). Instead the greedy continue to ravage our 'only planet' for finite resources that should have long ago been outlawed. Take your hands of North Carolina.Flag
