    Comments: I don't find Skype to be a very good chat client for anything other than easy access to calls and webcam services. The chat client itself is clunky, and has absolutely zero personalization. I find it an overall worse program for chatting, and I will likely not transfer to Skype if MSN/WLM is ditched.

    Comments: Even if it declines in users, the users that, erm, use it are probably very active and hold all their closest friends on WLM if they're like me. I love its interface and I would hate to see it go. This has been my messenger of choice for at least 5 years.

    Comments: I've been using MSN daily for 5 years and have grown to be incredibly dependent on it. No other IM service has been as reliable, customizable, and enjoyable as MSN. The custom emotes, scenes, chat box backgrounds, etc give this service an amazingly friendly charm that isn't provided through Skype, or any other IM service. I sincerely hope there's some way to keep MSN running for more years to come

    Comments: Skype is actually a pretty lame messenger and I don't think it would be too hard to get people to come back to MSN if it was updated to at least have the same features it had a few versions back.
