   Comments: I have been a user of MSN (or WLM as it has been renamed in its later years) for 11 years now, and if I wanted to move to Skype I would have. In other words, I have no interest in Skype! 8.3 millions users is still a lot!

    Comments: MSN has always been my instant messenger! All my friends are on it, including ones that live far away from me. I'd absolutely hate having to switch to Skype.

    Comments: MSN has features that I enjoy that skype does not provide,or is not as intuitive, such as the ease of appearing online to certain people at a time, and custom emotes and icons. It is also overall an easier interface than skype is. I would much rather keep my MSN account and my contacts as is than to merge it with my skype account

    Comments: I am 21 years old, and have been using msn since I was 12. It's more than a chatting program to me; it's a support system. I'm not even ashamed to say I have a degree of dependency on MSN.. I just wouldn't cope if Microsoft go through with this. PLEASE Microsoft, I'd even PAY for an MSN subscription. I'm so desperate right now, please please don't shut us down.
