Concerning the situation of Mathias and Celine, and their animals in the Indian border of Wagah:

By signing this petition, I support Mrs Celine Overney and Mr Mathias Berovalis in their request. I demand to the Animal Husbandry, Ministry of Agriculture, Kishi Bhawan, New Delhi, to relax your protocol of good health for this special case, these two donkeys, and let them to continue their travel through India. Of course, it is required that the two donkeys are in good health, as it was certified by a certificate of good health signed the 28.1.09 by a certified veterinary from Attari Animals Hospital. I have no objection for a quarantine in New Delhi.Thank you to take my case in consideration.
