We just want one rule for all. The planning rules are there to protect the countryside for everyones benefit and enjoyment. Everyone should obey the same rules, but it is not a level playing field. Travellers, Gypsies and Showmen are the only people allowed to develop land site caravans on the countryside policy area. No other group of people is allowed to do this-Not the disabled, not the economically disadvantaged and not local people who want to stay in the area they were brought up in. Doncaster is bringing in new rules to which stipulates developments by gypsies, travellers and showmen in the countryside policy area must be AT LEAST 10 plots- We already have 1 of the highest population of travellers and gypsies in the country and this policy will make it easier than ever to get planning for gypsy, traveller and showmen sites- PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION!
