    Comments: I use Domperidone to help with liquid digestion and minimal thinker liquids in combination with a j-tube. Without this medication I would eaily become dehydrated and need constant IV therapy. For myself, and so many like me, this drug sustains what functioning can be salvaged.

    Comments: I have a dx of GP and would like to use a safe medication. The usual drug prescribed for GP is Reglan which has horrid side-effects of tardiive dyskinesia and parkinson symptoms. Please lift the ban of Domperidone from the US so that those of us who need treatment can medicate without fear of those horrid side effects.

    Comments: I have been suffering with GP for years and finally found a GI Specialist who is willing to try another option besides 2 nexium a day /rantadine/zophran and nameless other meds just to make it bearable to eat something without feeling like I was going to erupt afterwards,but not only is it outrageous in the US if you can find a compound pharmacy,but I have tried multiple Canadian Pharmacies to no avail,so why if this works so well , do we not have it in the USA? Come on FDA-Lets get it moving so we who have GP don't have to suffer in more ways than one!

    Comments: This is an absolute wonder drug for the treatment of gastroparesis. Why would you want to use Reglan? Reglan has extrapyramidal affects and causes anxiety. Domperidone does not have this and actually helps food move through the GI tract and lessens nausea without the horrible side effects that Reglan has. Come on FDA, you have it all backwards.

    Comments: This medication helps me to lead as normal a life as possible given my digestive problems related to Multiple Sclerosis. It should not only be approved by the FDA for this use, but it should be and OTC medication. As an MS sufferer I have used drugs with severe side effects. There are currently MS drugs that are under review as first line therapy that have caused the deaths of many. There is no supportable reason why this drug is not widely available.

    Comments: I currently use Domperidone to treat my gastroparesis, which, when without my medication, makes my life very difficult to live. Every time I have to order my medication from outside of the US I am reminded of how frustrating this can be, with it taking almost a month to arrive. I often find myself without medication as I wait, forcing me to endure weeks of pain in the mean time. In my three years of research I can find no valid reason for Domperidones lack of FDA approval.
