Domperidone is used to control nausea, vomiting and promote movement of food in the stomach. Not available in the US, several patients are unable to obtain this medicinal advantage to elevate symptoms of Gastroparesis (GP)
This drug has been reviewed in lenght among diabetic patients with GP. It\'s success has been overwhelming and deem the most responsive drug for GP suffers.
