In South Carolina domestic violence is very common, but yet we have no real prevention programs or counseling programs for women. The representation of women's issues in South Carolina is almost non-existent. We need funding to create prevention programs in our communities and to provide counseling, relocation assistance to victims and help for the offenders as well. This petition is to ask our State legislature to allow funding sot that these programs can be created. The future of Women and children , should be one of our first priorities in this state. Let's please tell SC Legislature that we care and we need this to stop!!!!
