I remember when i was a child and witnessed my mother getting beat on, the police was called and the first thing they did was ask her what did she do to deserve it. what im saying is woman rights have come along way, but does it have to be at the consequence of the men who do no wrong except have a disagreement with their spouse. A woman can be mad at her spouse and call the police and with out any question that man has a warrant on him. but not only that he has to sit in jail and wait for that woman  to decide if she want him to stay locked up or not show up to court and maybe be set free if the state doesn't pick it up. she has no consequence for making false charges or anything. I want the law to stipulate if a woman files charges and don't show up to court she will have a warrant put on her and also the man can't be convicted on her words alone there will have to be some history of domestic violence on the mans part and also some physical evidence or an objective witness to the accusations
