NEW FEDERAL LAW
   In order to own a business or buy any type of business license anywhere in America, the individual must be born on US soil and lived on US soil the first 25 years of their life. Exceptions are those grandfathered in because of prior ownership to the new Laws official start. This protects the equality of those born in the US, who earned the right to start up loans thru trial an error learning US standards over time. This will protect US traditions and standards, labor laws, and keep out bad habbits of third world nations, poor nations. Children of immigrants born on US soil that have lived atleast the first 25 years of their lives on US soil are exempt from this law. Similar to that of the requirements to be president, a position of great responsibilty, peoples welfare in their hands, must be born on US soil.
