There are many reasons for the Department Of Labor's actions, but they must enforce the rules they have created under the Alaska "Little Davis Bacon Act" for public construction projects, Pamphlet 400. General Contractors have side stepped the rules and the DOL has set up poverty standards for thousands by not enforcing those rules they wrote and the Legislature approved. Help us change this.
