Neighbor's in the surronding neighbor hood does not want the Dollar Store to move to the E/Side 2700 block of 4th ave.... This will make our neighbor hood look likes it a low income neighbor causing our property value to go down and potetial cause our taxes to go up... This company operate at store 2131 oak park blvd that looks like one of the worst retail stores in the city and now they want it next to our family residence. Their are other locations in the city they can build at not next to our house and elemantary school.. Their location has high theft with multiple calls to Lake Charles P.D. at their location... They also sell cigerattes and at other locations in the country have filed for achol permit.
