The residents of Dogwood Estates, Waynesville, NC have petitioned to Mountain First Bank and Trust, current owner, of several acres south of Dogwood Estates, Waynesville, NC. This petition is signed by owners, residents who are greatly concerned about these several acres south of Dogwood Estates because of the very high grass and weeds. The residents are seeking the bank, as owner, to mow or plow under the grass and weeds that have grown over 6 ft. We believe that the high grass and weeds are a potential fire hazard and environmentally unsafe.
