this is not the first time this man has been responsible for the death of a dog...in total 3 dogs have lost their lives due to his neglect. this man is NOT an animal lover and should never be allowed to interact with ANY dog again! please show your support in memory of 3 souls who died terrible deaths due to pc ian craven. many thanks....
