Say NO to increase in Dog Licence Fees

The petition

The cost of a dog licence in Northern Ireland is set to increase 10-fold to £50.
This is a 1000% increase on the existing £5 licence fee.
This increase is simply ridiculous. This is not a resolve to the issue of stray dogs in Northern Ireland. The answer is spaying and neutering to avoid further litters of pups.
