The cost of a dog licence in Northern Ireland is set to increase 10-fold to £50. This is a 1000% increase on the existing £5 licence fee. This increase is simply ridiculous. This is not a resolve to the issue of stray dogs in Northern Ireland. The answer is spaying and neutering to avoid further litters of pups. Say NO to this increase NOW by signing this petition.
