I made this peitition because of the terrible news heard this morning that Duane \'Dog\' Chapman, his brother Tim, and son Leland were arrested for kidnapping charged of Andrew Luster in June of 2003. Warrant issued by the US Marshal Office in Washington, originally ordered from Mexico. Currently being held in Hawaii.
