For years man's best friend is not allowed at the social hotspot for the Manalapan/Englishtown area. If you ask any citizen of this area I'm sure you will hear your fair share of complains ; especially in my neighborhood alone the biggest thing I hear is no dog park in Manalapan REC. I would like to petition to get the ban and limits lifted.
