Elyse has done 2 dog adoption events in coordination with 2 rescue groups. The turnout has been amazing with approximately 56 homeless, abused or abandoned dogs finding homes. There seems to be an issue with her holding these at her home. Montgomery County has visited and threatened to even close down her own grooming business that she runs out of her home, if she holds another one of these events... Mind you, there is NO home owners' association in this neighborhood. She and all these poor dogs need your help in order for her to possibly do this again. The first step in this process is this petition. PLEASE help!!!!!!
