We, the modern fans of Doctor Who petition on behalf of Neonvisual.com to give us a few seconds of visual effect inclusion in the 50th special by xander's hand. It doesn't have to be a massive epic extravaganza, just a small few seconds of fan art which will fit into the presentation as normally as the rest, but something we can all anticipate and feel like we were part of it.
